We are looking for a Director-Talent Acquisition for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi,United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire sourcing, hiring and talent acquisition processes.

• Cultivating, creating and maintaining a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for the organization.

• Making sure that the talent acquisition projects fall in line with the business objectives.

• Leading and guiding a team of TA managers and executives.

• Building and maintaining good relations with internal stakeholders.

• Presenting employee related reports during board meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in Human resources or any related field.

• 15+ years of overall GCC experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years of experience of working in a leadership role.

• Experienced in leadership hiring.

• Worked in the FMCG industry.

• Excellent English and Arabic written & verbal communication skills.

• Meticulous, hard-working and goal driven.
