 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to understand design concepts and project requirements;
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings of commercial workspace projects, including office layouts, furnishings, and spatial arrangements;
• Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of interior spaces, considering lighting, materials, and other design elements;
• Produce walk-through presentations and virtual tours that showcase the design concept, including interior and exterior views;
• Incorporate client feedback into visualizations, making necessary adjustments to meet project specifications;
• Stay updated on industry trends, software, and tools to ensure the use of the latest 3D rendering techniques;

education & qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D modeling, animation, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Interiors and Fit-Out Industry.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial workspace projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar programs.
• Strong knowledge of walk-through presentation software and techniques.
• Valid UAE Driving License with own Vehicle.
