Description:

To be successful in this role, guests’ satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
  • Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
  • Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience with the similar position in a four or five star Hotels or similar organization
  • Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Required trade license or certification or Diploma etc.
  • Previous experience is an asset
