1.Verify Daily sales report sent from various locations

2.Prepartion of daily sales report of various locations

3.Handling cash collections from various locations and deposit in the bank on the same day.

Responsibilities

.Posting of daily cash and credit card collections in accounting software

.Reconcile Every 15 days individual locations ledger and prepare report for management

.Prepare costing report and Profit & Loss Statement monthly and submit to management in the first week of every month

.Preparation of monthly sales commission report before 10th of every month

.Maintain accurate financial records

.Assisting with other accounting tasks

Requirement

Strong knowledge of Cash management

Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Good organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
