About The Role


As Roo expands its platform to multiple territories, we are looking to add a fantastic Account Manager to help support and grow providers and users in our Atlanta region this year and beyond. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Account Management and will be a vital role in supporting our Roo users. 

Though this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will live in the Atlanta region of the United States and able to work in Eastern Time zone.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Provide support for all hospital and vet professional users throughout the end-to-end Roo experience process – e.g. onboarding, new user/pre-first shift contact, etc.
  • Help to fulfill needed relief shifts through vet network knowledge and in coordination with BD
  • Ensure hospital & vet users remain actively engagement & happy with Roo platform
  • Manage active vet/hospital general inquiries
  • Proactively address any rainy-day scenarios and resolve any user issue or inquiry in a timely manner, working with client support
  • Manage active vet/hospital general inquiries
  • Coordinate any payouts/reconciliation with Finance
  • Plus any other activities needing AM support

About You

 

  • Experience working in the veterinary/animal health care space a plus
  • Strong knowledge of working with DVMs and veterinary hospitals a plus
  • Strong business relationship building and account managing skills.
  • Ability to utilize our CRM tool (HubSpot and/or Zendesk) to track user acquisition progress.
  • Proactivity – staying ahead of the curve in day-to-day work.
  • Strong communication skills (a written prompt will be part of the interview process).
  • Organized, yet able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with different teams as well as remote team members.
  • Ability to understand business needs and identify ways to grow.
  • Flexibility and agility — this is an early stage startup environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude!
