Description:

We’re looking for a sales Account Manager to join our high-performing team based in Fujairah.

Job Responsibilities:

• As an Account Manager, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses.
• In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the contact person within the Focus Customers for the Fujairah territory, with the opportunity to grow and develop these customers by creating specific Account Development Plans.
• You will need to bring across Hilti’s value proposition to these customers and understand their financial situations in order to close leads and opportunities, supported through product demonstrations and utilizing negotiation skills.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
