You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and support your team in various projects.
- Prepare and process financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
- Update and maintain the database, financial records, and filing systems.
- Track and monitor financial transactions.
- Review financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer softwares
