You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and support your team in various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
  • Update and maintain the database, financial records, and filing systems.
  • Track and monitor financial transactions.
  • Review financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
  • Competency using a variety of computer softwares
