Description:

Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers. Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.

Job Responsibilities

• Checking of invoice batches & tallying with the Trial Balance on daily basis
• Making Bank entries on the basis of the amount received in our account.
• Preparing weekly and monthly invoices according to the company policy
• Preparing statements of accounts on monthly basis for the credit facility customers & following up of payments as per their credit terms.
• Generating proforma invoices for the cash entitled customers & receiving payments before the guest check in.
