Admin Assistant for Holiday Homes
Raine & Horne Dubai is a progressive and successful vacation rental agency handling all facets of short term rentals. Due to continued expansion we are currently seeking an Admin Assistant with a sincere passion to succeed and for the real estate industry in general.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strong administration skills – organized, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Process listings, contracts, and maintenance requests
- Answer phone calls and assist with email enquiries
- General administrative duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
The successful applicant will need
- Prior experience in administration and diary management is essential for this role
- A driven, positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone with high energy and great sense of humour
- Well groomed presentation, pleasant manner & proactive approach
- Works competently and well under pressure
- Impeccable communication, both written and verbal skills
- Great organisational and time management skill (including ability to prioritise)
