Admin Assistant for Holiday Homes

Raine & Horne Dubai is a progressive and successful vacation rental agency handling all facets of short term rentals. Due to continued expansion we are currently seeking an Admin Assistant with a sincere passion to succeed and for the real estate industry in general.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strong administration skills – organized, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process listings, contracts, and maintenance requests
  • Answer phone calls and assist with email enquiries
  • General administrative duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate well at all levels.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage

 

The successful applicant will need

  • Prior experience in administration and diary management is essential for this role
  • A driven, positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Someone with high energy and great sense of humour
  • Well groomed presentation, pleasant manner & proactive approach
  • Works competently and well under pressure
  • Impeccable communication, both written and verbal skills
  • Great organisational and time management skill (including ability to prioritise)
