Our client is a Dubai-based start-up property management company specializing in exceptional short-term rentals. Dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with property owners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with property owners and guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and guests during onboarding, maintaining clear and timely communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct informative orientations for property owners, effectively explaining the features and advantages of partnering with our platform and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide accurate information about property features, local attractions, and unique selling points to potential guests.
- Previous client relations or property management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Software experience: Guesty and MS Office
- Experience in the property management or short-term rental industry.
- Onboarding new properties and clients
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
