Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with property owners and guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and guests during onboarding, maintaining clear and timely communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct informative orientations for property owners, effectively explaining the features and advantages of partnering with our platform and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide accurate information about property features, local attractions, and unique selling points to potential guests.

Requirement

• Previous client relations or property management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Software experience: Guesty and MS Office
• Experience in the property management or short-term rental industry.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
