Description:

The Administration Assistant/Coordinator plays a key role in the safety activities across ISMEA. This role works independently and under the guidance of the safety supervisor to ensure the relevant activities are conducted for safety compliance. The role requires interaction with multiple stakeholders across ISMEA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collate monthly hours from countries
  • Update corporate database
  • Update ISMEA Dashboard
  • Set up an automated systems to reduce manual hours
  • Create data base and maintain all safety activities outside of GSHRMIS
  • Create a database of safety audits across ISMEA

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and in particular Excel
  • Knowledge of UPS systems and procedures (LMS/G-SHRMIS/Workday)
  • Ability to think tactically and innovatively while delivering in an evolving environment
  • Ability to communicate and operate efficiently
  • Strong collaboration interpersonal skills across all functions
