Administration Coordinator – Medical Services Jobs in Dubai

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with the HR Shared Services team with regards to onboarding and Medical Benefits eligibility for employees and their dependant, where applicable.
  • Respond and communicate effectively to queries from various internal and external stakeholders with regards to the current medical benefits policy. The information requires recording and proper dissemination of information to provide an acceptable service level in line with the published terms and conditions and contractual operating procedures.
  • Administer online databases in line with published terms and respective data privacy regulations.
  • Investigate, co-ordinate and escalate where required, any complaints received from internal or external stakeholders on medical service delivery issues and medical benefit related issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Specific to Pre-Approval
  • Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent medical related field
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in a medical insurance field
