1- Administration & Order Handler
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
- Take over the project from sales team, enter sales order in SAP after reviewing the order papers given by the sale support. Generate purchase requisition in SAP for ordering material and send to SCM email.
- Complete correspondence with customer for all orders including follow up for advance payment (as per the agreed payment terms). Goods receipt and final Invoicing to customers and passing POD in SAP.
- Arrange dispatch of the shipping documents on time to customers, follow up with customers for timely payment collection and all respective PDC and security cheques taken from customer to be returned on receipt of the complete payment.
- Take care of cost center related purchases till final delivery and return as per the agreed terms, order handling responsibilities of other OH colleagues in their absence as a Backup, invoicing of sale orders, collection calls to customer for due/overdue payments.
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- SAP, process implementation, commercial terms & conditions.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
