Description:
Our client is a luxury interiors design and fit out company and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced PMP certified project manager to manage contract administration, resource planning and reporting for fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage the planning, execution and completion of projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the defined scope.

• Mange the lifecycle of multiple high value interior fit out project operations such as developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables; inspections, vendor deliveries, invoices, approvals and gate passes.

• Establish project milestones and manage project kickoff and progress review meetings to resolve technical and project issues and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
