They are recruiting a female graduate having 5 years of experience in general office administration. This role is for the Middle East regional office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling telephone calls and receiving guests.
- Arranging travel requirements for employees such as air ticket, entry visas, hotel booking.
- Handling company cars service schedules, car registration renewals, driver timesheet computations, driver management.
- Handling office maintenance and service contracts, stationery and pantry supplies.
- HR / Expense processing related jobs which would relate to the follow up invoices, HR notifications etc.
- Co-work with other colleagues who are principally in charge of corporate, HR and accounting.
- Support the administration of MEA regional Offices.
Job Requirements:
