Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR administrative task such as attendance, leaves etc.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a smoothly running office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
  • Organize and manage the Head of Department calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proven at least 3 years UAE experience administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
