Responsibilities
Ensure that the corporate image is always maintained in line with the corporate image guidelines. Meet and greet business clients and other visitors. Answer, address and direct all the incoming and internal calls through the switchboard. Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the pantry, coordinating with admin and cleaning staff to ensure janitorial services are carried out as per contractual terms. Monitor pantry items and keeping inventory. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the meeting/ conference rooms. Ensure the cleanliness of the offices & workstations. Assist with any stationary request, IT request, AC request. Assist with maintenance and facilities issues in liaison with facilities supervisor – Organize change-over of recycling/confidential bins.
