The duties of this role is to support the assigned Branch in achieving the daily and monthly objectives through sales support and stock management activities. The scope of this role is specific to his assigned location only. The Branch Sales Support Executive assists the Sales Department in document management, timely vehicle arrangement and day to day transactions. The role aims to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer focused decisions where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life.

Job Requirements:

  • Administration or back office experience would be preferred but not mandatory
  • We are looking for someone with excellent English & Arabic speaking skills who has an engaging personality, is confident meeting people and passionate about beginning a career in sales.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day to day activities of a retail operation
  • Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities
