Responsibilities:
- In this role you will provide an efficient Reception service to all guests, offering information and giving their full attention to all guest’s special requirements, needs and requests.
- Ensuring all check-ins and check-outs from the Royal Club run smoothly and that all cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly.
- Providing all resort service standards, offering personalized service by always assisting the guests with their requests throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 1-year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international hotel.
- The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
