Description:

The job holder is responsible for the planning process and tactical operations of the airport operations. He/she will analyse and define requirements and manage support requirements scheduled and ad-hoc across the infrastructure both landside and airside.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate scenarios and target service levels into tactical requirements
• Responsible to manage a team of 8 individuals in their output.
• Accountable for his own P&L
• Analyse, develop and continually review service propositions that will drive the process and ensure that all future developments are aligned with or exceed service standards.
