Job: Operate on shift duty pattern to ensure coverage of required 24/7 logistics support to the Operations team for smooth operation of all flights and seamless service to the crew.Coordinate with the operations team and the management during the planning stages of missions, ensuring that requested ground logistics requirements are organized and liaised with selected vendor for on-time performance of departing/arriving Flights.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing GOL orders and forward the finalized requests to concerned stakeholders/vendors at base and at outstations as per requests received ensuring the required uplifts are planned, communicated and onboard.
  • Follow-up on daily flight movement and coordinate with handlers/caterers/hotels/suppliers at base and down-route to ensure that the required services are provided during the flight/mission.
  • Follow-up with relevant stakeholders in case of diversions, delays, change in schedule or cancellations of a flight in order to ensure required service is provided/amended/cancelled in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous Airline/Catering/ Hotel/ Hospitality/ Customer Service Background and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in development of In-Flight Catering Menu & Catering Logistics Knowledge and Skills in a similar role
  • High school certificate essential, with at least 2 years total experience in the aviation industry
  • Preferred to hold a university degree
  • Excellent command in English Language
