Analyst – HR Contact Center Jobs In Dubai | Dubai Airports

 

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll manage and respond to employee queries/ challenges via email, phone call or walk-ins & via MS live Chat, ensuring that the resolution is aligned to Dubai Airports’ HR policies and procedures.
  • You’ll proactively report identified challenges to respective HR functions and Solution Hub Leads of DA wherever required.
  • You’ll manage employee requests related all types of certificates such as No Objection Certificates, Salary or Employment Certificates with specific notes as required, National Service Certificates & all other kind of certificates which addressed to other entities with different purposes.

Requirements:

  • You should be educated to a bachelor’s level in Human Resources or Business Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience within HR.
  • You’ll have knowledge of HR Systems, Query management and customer centric KPIs.
  • You’ll have excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills.
