Responsibilities
- Scrutinizing invoice validity prior to integration into our AP system.
- Coding AP invoices in alignment with the Chart of Accounts and Analytical codes.
- Addressing accounting discrepancies.
- Ensuring compliance with invoice approval procedures.
- Liaising with suppliers to track invoice status and payments.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Integrating bank statements into our ERP.
- Managing and recording petty cash expenses.
- Clearing SAP and bank entries.
- Provision management.
- Handling netting entries between intercompany accounts.

Requirement
- Accounting degree
- 5 years’ experience in AP Accounting
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

- Ideally have familiarity with SAP
- Knowledge of French would be a valuable asset
