Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the work of the operational plan and key performance indicators for all activities and projects of smart transformation in line with the strategic plan of Dubai Smart Government.
• Technical evaluation of the work of systems and programs and technical malfunctions, taking immediate technical measures to fix them and introducing appropriate future improvements to those systems and programs to improve and raise their efficiency.
• Preparing and monitoring the annual budget of the department and recommending amendments during implementation in line with the needs and projects of the department.
• Develop and apply policies, procedures, processes for information systems and technical services.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited university, PMP certification preferred
• 8 years of relevant work experience.
