1- Application Support Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Fujairah, UAE
Description:
Second level support for all Banking applications implemented within NBF.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents
- Researching, evaluating and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements
- Developing and maintaining problem tracking and resolution
- Developing and maintaining customer service performance requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications
- PMP/COBIT/ITIL Certification is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Information Technology, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a Bank.
- Experience in Application troubleshooting/L2 support.
