Job Responsibilities:

• As an Area Manager, you will supervise all quantitative & qualitative aspects of your Market, in line with Van Cleef & Arpels standards, and will play a key role in suggesting market opportunities and sharing a strategic insight to support Maison’s development.
• As a part of your journey, you will define market strategy in collaboration with partner’s Brand Manager and in line with VCA guidelines and objectives.

  You will set and follow up on objectives and forecasts, ensuring target achievement in line with partner’s and VCA Budgets, and will foster team motivation & engagement and share intelligence on markets, identifying business opportunities via boutiques, industry peers & local actors.
