1- Assistant Customer Service
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
In this role, you provide efficient and effective customer care services, ensuring standard to meet company expectation.
- Being punctual maintain hygiene and conducting the task as per the schedule with high standard.
- Meet and greet, escort the guest and ensure that they were been served.
- Handle reservations from departments, track and records.
- Liaise guest travel documents and baggage handling procedure.
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Minimum 1 year experience in an aviation environment.
- Previous experience working in an aviation environment is desired.
