Passionate about F&B? As an Assistant Venue Manager for our new bar, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Venue General Manager in the planning of promotions and outlet purchases as well as revenue management according to the budget and forecasts
  • Be fully aware at all times of competition activities, theme nights and pricing.
  • Assist in managing the daily operation of the bar under the set standards and as per the local regulations
  • Recommend hiring and/or employee promotions to the Venue General Manager, and assist in the induction and training of new team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
