Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with yard personnel to obtain material cutting records on progressive basis
• Prepare e-copies of cut-lists for package compilation
• Electronic update of Project Certification Module (PCM System).
• Electronic update of SAIC & MW/N system
• Verifying material traceability for package submission
• Label and box up the completed project files for archiving
• Update the RIM system online with the boxes that are going to be archived. Maintain and comply with Company’s safety standards all time.

Requirements:

• 2-year Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years technical or relevant experience
