The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manages team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
• Overseas output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team.
• Understands the trading implications of planning decisions made to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered
• Understands and ensures that each team member fully understands can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3 years’ relevant experience.
• A good working knowledge of business regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
