Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective management and rollout of all S&D specific capability building initiatives across all countries
  • Engaging the Leadership Team in Capability Programs
  • Identify priority capability needs & develop customized solutions
  • Developing the annual capability development program

Job Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in similar role in Learning & Development Background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales Capability & Development in the FMCG industry.
  • Development & Implementation of the Training Calendar
  • Developing Best Practices & Cascading it across different regions and markets
