Description:

The Associate Manager Procurement has an integral role of Sourcing for Indirect material, Services and Capex related procurement. Faster response and timely closure of the purchase transactions including negotiations are the main deliverables of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Total Cost of Ownership and Should Costing models to support negotiations
• Understanding of internal customer requirements and devise sourcing plans
• Negotiate contracts including payment terms with suppliers to achieve target savings and drive projects for cost optimization
• Meet Procurement service levels as agreed with internal stakeholders
• Conduct Supplier evaluation , Supplier performance improvement, Supplier rating

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Electrical) + MBA from Premier institute
• Total Work Experience minimum of 8 years in Procurement
• Successfully handled indirect procurement for minimum of 4 years
