Responsibilities
- Manages and lead medium sized projects including preparing and delivering planning deliverables independently with limited or no oversight, and with assistance from junior planners.

Requirement
- Lead small to medium size proposals (both technical and commercial) and ensures high quality output including innovative ways to present
- Analytical thinker and able to provide innovative approaches to various planning matters
- Up to date with the current industry trends, approaches, tools and methods
- Provides professional urban/environmental planning mentorship/guidance to junior staff members.
- Leads specialty topics / interests in urban planning e.g., wellness planning / placemaking
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and government (approving agencies) to advance approvals of development, Master Plans, Development Guidelines and policies.
- Liaise with government agencies and other authorities as may be required regarding development objectives, policies and procedures
