Asst Sales Manager Jobs in Dubai | Radisson Hotel

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you fully understand the markets for Corporate segment, the business strategy and positioning of the Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills. Ensure that you are able to effectively articulate this positioning in the marketplace.
• Supports the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel’s pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
• Delivers on plans and objectives where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality sales within the corporate segment
• Expert in Jebel Ali, DIP, IMPZ, EXPO 2020, Motor City & Dubai South market
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication skills
