Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of harnesses and safety restraints before allowing guests to participate in each attraction.
  • Inspect equipment regularly, identifying and reporting any signs of wear and tear for timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Guest Interaction
  • Greet guests professionally, ensuring correct harnessing, appropriate attire, and a clear understanding of attraction rules.
  • Assist guests in navigating attractions, providing clear explanations of each element and offering encouragement as needed.
  • Verify that children meet height and age requirements for attractions, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
  • Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests when entering and exiting attractions, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Attraction Operations
  • Manage guest flow effectively, ensuring optimal capacity and enjoyment on each attraction.
  • Understand and follow proper maintenance and operating procedures, using provided materials and equipment as trained.
  • Adhere to strict safety requirements to secure visitors and create a safe environment throughout attraction experiences.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of attraction rules and regulations, enforcing them consistently for a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Exceptional Guest Service
  • Provide exceptional guest service, embodying our core values and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Demonstrate multitasking skills by efficiently managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Embrace additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of attraction operations.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or currently pursuing one.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to stand for 4-10 hours at a time, maintaining an enthusiastic and engaging presence.
  • Experience working with amusement rides is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Nights and weekends are a must.
