Responsibilities

• To collect luggage from guest rooms within 10 minutes of receiving the request.
• To deliver luggage to guest rooms within 10 minutes of guest check-in.
• To escort guests to rooms when necessary.
• To keep the lobby and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
• Manning the front doors and entrance if necessary when the lobby is busy
