Description:

This role is responsible for consolidating and analyzing business processes and stakeholder requirements based on inputs of business function or tenants, translating the business needs into BI features, and contributing to embedding such business features on BI dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with business functions to understand business needs and translate these needs to product features for BI solutions from proof of concept to final product
• Work closely with the development team and ensure efficient communication between technical and business functions to deliver the functional requirements
• Enable optimal advantages for business stakeholders on performance KPIs by delivering BI solutions to business users
• Strive to continuously optimize the business features on the BI solutions by collaboratively supporting the developers and conveying key messages collected from business stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Informatics or any relevant field or equivalent work experience accepted
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within particular area of expertise
• Expertise in business processes, controlling, and defining and designing the KPI metrics into visualizations on BI platforms
• Analytical mindset paired with an affinity for BI technologies, which are daily used for analysis, visualization and reporting of data-based business topics
