Job Description

The major function of the Production Associate will be to do daily financial, market, and underwriting analysis on multifamily loans. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn everything there is to know about originating multifamily mortgages, to interact with our clients on a regular basis, and to train in the best programs available. This job allows you to work closely with Originators on deal sourcing, structuring, and underwriting.

Qualifications:

• Assist with the creation, design, and editing of print and interactive collateral, such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photos, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes, among other things.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure that projects are completed on time and that our overall digital customer experience is improved.
• Manage the diamond video and photo sites’ integration, including onboarding new providers and ensuring that our criteria are satisfied.
• Work closely with the development team to write specifications and supervise the implementation and quality assurance of the digital experience’s content and functionality.
• Execute e-commerce site updates and initiatives such as pricing modifications and product uploads.
• Understand how to use Microsoft Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).
• The Production Associate is responsible for following the correct procedures in order to manufacture finished goods.
• Troubleshoot, report, and QA website faults including products and back-end functionality in coordination with internal teams and the development team.
• Attend at least one online course and any relevant in-house trainings every year.
• A cook is responsible for setting up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, food and beverage item manufacturing, as well as closing and storing individual work stations.

Skills:

• Audio-editing software knowledge, particularly Descript and ProTools
• You should be comfortable with content management systems and marketing and outreach platforms like WordPress and Mailchimp.
• GED or equal to a high school diploma
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint are all tools that you should be familiar with.
• Extremely well-organized, with a strong emphasis on project responsibility from beginning to end.
