Responsibilities

Building Management Systems (BMS): Implement and oversee the operation of BMS to control and monitor various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, metering, and chiller plants.
Lighting Control Systems: Design and manage lighting control systems to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Metering Solutions: Monitor and manage energy consumption through metering solutions, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems: Optimize VAV systems to maintain optimal indoor air quality and temperature while minimizing energy usage.
Valves & Actuators: Efficiently operate and maintain valves and actuators within building systems.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and related systems.
Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Certification in BMS or related fields is advantageous.
