1- BU/HR Coordinator/Data Entry
Job: Full Time

Description:
- Prepares and coordinates with HR and Accounts Department pertaining to all documents for Supply Chain new and existing staff.
- Acts as an advisor for all matters related to staff HR in accordance with the Human Resources Department. (Insurance , Visa Processing
- Â Coordinates with IT Department and vendors for new staff IT related requirement such as citrix and oracle ID, new computer, printers and telephone.
- Monitors attendance system and generating reports to concerned managers and HR Department.
- Coordinates with internal departments and vendors for the installation and maintenance of fixed assets and consumables for all Supply Chain outlets.
- Coordinates with the Recruitment for Staff hiring and induction through SOHO system.
- Maintains the Jam Incubator Oracle for Staff leave, Ticket, Company Letter (Transport, Warehouse and Procurement Department).
- Drafting Memorandum as per Department Requirement (Staff Memo / Deductions)
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant work experience in HR / Administration
- Good Communication Skills
- Computer Literate – MS Office. Oracle.
- Assertive, confident and able to deal professionally across all levels in the organization.
