The primary purpose of this role is to support the Senior Manager in all the coordinated efforts related to the buildings control operations and be responsible for managing the process of obtaining permits. Work with contractors, developers, and other professionals to ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all the control measures as per the job safety analysis have been put in place prior to allowing a work permit to go live
• Ensure that all necessary preparation procedures and standing instructions are followed for operating any equipment in all buildings
• Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure that permits are issued in a timely fashion
• Communicating with clients about the status of building permitting applications and responding to questions about the permitting process

Job Requirements

• Ability to build a network of across Expo City Dubai teams and key external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Organizational, time-management, computer and administrative skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
