We’re seeking an experienced business development specialist to extend our regional reach with current and new relationships. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build brands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business.
  • Develop and agree revenue growth plans with clients, drive activity and monitor performance on an on-going basis.
  • Responsible for managing your accounts on a daily basis, with support and involvement from others departments as necessary.
  • Forecast business accurately.
  • Promote the company image, products and strategies in a positive manner.
  • Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • The right candidate will have 4-6 years or more sales experience from a Non-Food Consumer Goods background and have direct children’s brands experience.
  • The right candidate must be able to work under their own initiative and have the ability to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the GCC.
  • Proven sales track record in the GCC.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
