Description

An operations manager is a key part of a management team and oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing all project activities in cooperation with senior management and department heads to ensure that all its objectives are met with the required quality and in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Analyze and study operations using various methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and others, to ensure the progress of operations and the application of the best applied practices.
• Supervising the progress of projects and ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently while adhering to the company s standards and policies, tracking project performance, and setting priorities to analyze the percentage of achievement in short or long-term goals.
• Create project records, track them using standard project planning and tracking tools, and track assessment of project progress and deviations from planned on them.
