Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local teams to understand their unique needs and build effective tools, processes, and analytics to optimize their performance
• You love data – it’s your go-to to drive decision-making and execution
• Be a key point of contact for Product, CRM, Data and Tech teams and work closely with them to ensure we meet local goals
• You value fast execution and knowledge of no-code tools (airtable, zapier, etc) is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in tech businesses, start-ups
• Be Ops and Data-Driven to support your decision-making
• Experience in defining and implementing processes for operation teams
• A ninja using Google Sheets / Excel and a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Data Studio as well as SQL skills are a plus
