Responsibilities:
- leading organisational design and workforce planning
- maximising performance of our people
- driving business transformation
- coaching of business leaders
- leading on business unit specific M&A
- Working closely with our Shared Service Centre team on topics such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards etc.
- Culture – defining and driving a unique culture for business relevant to business needs
- Responsible for setting and executing our compensation strategy relevant to each business (fixed, variable, equity etc), leveraging our Shared Services expertise
- Driving employee engagement, leveraging tools and data provided by our Shared Service team
- Managing and being our Employment law expert, handling employee relations and other cases
- Define and roll-out other policies and programs specific to business needs
- Act as a coach and mentor to individuals in our Shared Service function to ensure they have sufficient knowledge to provide support to employees in each business
- Partnering closely with other Heads of People Business Partnering (PBP) for the other business within our group to create alignment and benefit from each other’s experience
