Job Responsibilities:
- Guide the development of the product team agile methodology with a sustainable cadence
- Support communication between product team (Marketing, sales, integrated care etc.) & cross functional team
- Assist the Product Owner with keeping the backlog groomed and monitoring progress
- Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- Facilitate ceremonies throughout each sprint: daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos
- Maintain relevant metrics that provide visibility & help the team monitor progress
- Build the development project planning, including resources allocation and associated budget (internal and external cost). Track the milestones deliveries at all stage gates
- Consolidate the franchise under development projects, look for synergies among projects, and keep permanent update for Operation & Performance when identifying resources constraints
- Conduct “retrospective” reviews to see what went well and what can be improved for the following sprint
- Manage obstacles that arise for the team by communicating with stakeholders outside of the team
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy/Medicine, MBA or Academic Marketing Degree is preferable
- Relevant work experience corresponding to the job responsibilities
- Execution of self-driven project and project management experience
- Ability to lead a team to make realistic and achievable delivery commitments
- Excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, and management
- Excellent soft skills: facilitation, situational awareness, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
- Languages: English & French full professional proficiency; Arabic would be a plus
- High learning agility and ability to perform under pressure with multi-tasking skills
- Pro-active with a sense of urgency, demonstrating leadership and effectiveness in a matrix organization
- Professional analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Project management skills and Planning capability
- Strong presentation and general communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting Skills
