As a Business Setup Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting entrepreneurs from around the world in setting up and registering their businesses in Dubai, as well as navigating the process of obtaining residence visas. We are looking for someone who has in-depth knowledge and experience in the Dubai business setup landscape, including registering companies in mainland and free zone areas and facilitating the entire residence visa process, including obtaining Emirates IDs.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze competitor companies in the business setup industry in Dubai.
• Study the client management structure of competitor companies and understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide expertise and guidance to clients on business setup options, including registering free zone companies and mainland companies in Dubai.
• Facilitate the entire business setup process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients in obtaining residence visas and navigating the related procedures, such as Emirates ID application and other necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with relevant government entities and agencies to ensure smooth processing of business setup and visa-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in business setup in Dubai, including registering companies in the mainland and free zone areas.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai business setup landscape, including legal and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with the procedures and documentation required for obtaining residence visas and Emirates IDs.
• Previous experience working at a competitor company in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of client management structures and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
