Job: A Butler for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre engages with our Guests throughout the entire hospitality experience. From check-in to check-out, the Butler Team is always prepared to respond to all Guests’ requests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain privacy and security of in-house guests and be continually proactive in all areas of operation
• Prepare and check-in arrival rooms, in-house guests and departure rooms
• Thorough knowledge of all in-room services, amenities, functions, systems, as well On-Q system
• Fully responsible for the Amenities order and amenities delivery to the rooms on daily basis
• Coordinate laundry and pressing – collection and delivery
• Offer packing and unpacking services as requested
• Deliver and place the evening amenities in the room

Requirements:

• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude
• Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
