Description:

A Cake Boutique Coordinator for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will be stepping into a unique roll, organizing all behind the scenes orders and queries via our e-commerce platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Take guests’ cake orders and input orders in an appropriate point-of-sale system
• Tracking all orders, from passing to the kitchen till the safe delivery of the cake and following up on guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English: verbal and written. Arabic is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
