Description:

To drive call center performance through outbound, inbound calls and tasks assigned in accordance with MPM Call Center policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities:

  • Escalate customer queries and complaints as necessary.
  • Follows up with customers /  Owners / Contractors via telephone or email.
  • Follow up on Chq(s) refund and Security Deposit Refund.

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers of all levels
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computation
