To drive call center performance through outbound, inbound calls and tasks assigned in accordance with MPM Call Center policies and procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Escalate customer queries and complaints as necessary.
- Follows up with customers / Owners / Contractors via telephone or email.
- Follow up on Chq(s) refund and Security Deposit Refund.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers of all levels
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computation
